I have played the merged pacific fighters (and also AEP) online and i always have huge delay with my messages. Does anyone know how to fix it or is there anything I can do?

I've suffered from these message lags as well.
Every now and then.... last few missions it was okay though.....
(Just posted to say: "You are not alone!")

Yeah...you know what its caused by? This is the hilarous part...I had to ask and ask and ask about this one till someone who actually knew told me.

You can scroll through messages using PGUP and PGDWN. Sometimes, when the chat window comes up for some reason, for some reason it scrolls up a few lines. What ends up happening is that the messages you wrote don't appear till after the next few messages appear and push that one to a visible area.

So yes...open the chat window, use the PGUP/PGDWN keys to "fix the message lag". In reality...there is virtually no perceptable message lag in this game (in essence). Read: No such thing as message lag! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

^ as above. If you have message delays, press PAGE DOWN a few times and it will miraculously disappear.

if it doesn't...then it could be something else http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Well, this sounds plausible...
Will try the PgDn key next time.

This happened to me yesterday, I thought it was lag & asked about it, someone told me to use the 'page' keys, I tried them and the messages went back to normal. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Another way is to press ` (the defalut button for chat) to activate the chat command then left click on the mouse on the area just below your chat space. (area which lets u c what ur about to send to others)
