Delay and "altitude at drop" suggestions for max effect?

Also, any guideline for drop as the "ballistics" of the parafrags are obviously different than solid bombs!

350-400 ft and they will explode right around the ground i have noticed, also, they are awesome for getting planes off your tail.

Hmmm...aerial bombs. Unless I have had a serious brain fart, the XF4U-1 had compartments in the outer wings for small aerial bombs. The idea was to fly over a formation of enemy bombers and drop these little bombs in the hopes of hitting some aircraft. This was just one feature that was not carried into production.
