I want to deactivate the key to the game but I can not get the support service that would set the appropriate question is how can I be? Another wanted to get access to the stolen account and also can not get the support service

the key is tied to your uplay account now.

it will be a long and hard road with ubisoft's incompetent customer service before they might reset the keys.

but it sounds like your first language is not english so you'll have even bigger problems.

maybe contact the support in your country of residence

I'm trying to get in, but nothing happens. The page just refreshes and asks to enter password again. And so it is not hang. For this reason, I can not ask a question.

I am from Russia. We do not have offices Ubisoft. Maybe they have a post that would have to contact? In other browsers refuse to go to the link.

I can only suggest contacting the UK office who maybe able to help.


Do you to have access to another PC? Maybe a friends ?

The online support is the best option, since it's free.
