Have been using a LG 19 LCD monitor for a while, which in fact is really good, but as I want to go beyond 1440x900 resolution, decided to upgrade.
My doubt is : should I buy a 22(1600x1050) or a 24 (1920x1200)
Seems easy to choose, but I don´t now if the difference in quality are big enough to justify the extra cash and also I have the fear that 1920x1200 could be too high native resolution to play SOW in the future?(considering that harware at release date possibly will not be strong enough to push SOW even near of its graphical limits,as was with Il2 at beggining)

Going from a 19 to a 22 is a lateral move.. 24" or bigger .... for sure.

I'd say get the biggest you can, just keep in mind that the higher resolution the more horsepower your computers got to have.

I am running a 24" LCD at 1920x1200 resolution on a E8400 dual core CPU (3.1Ghz), 4gb ram, ATI 4870 GPU and even with this fairly high end machine, the FPS drops to 18-20 on one part of the TheBlackDeath track, but for most things the framerate is quite good, seems to stay at around 60.

Will you be able to run SOW @ 1920x1200 when it comes out? Only time will tell...

I myself would never even consider buying a monitor.
I mean, who the heck would want a great big lizard like that running around the house anyway.

Bigger is always better, but make the move upwards worth it.

I've gotten rock steady performance out of my 22" VeiwSonic for more than 2 years now.
