If you have time (4-6 weeks) to wait for CD, you can also order it directly from Microsoft.

Nay, the problem is that Microsoft has not released the Spanish language version yet. I downloaded it, and an error message told me I had lost my time. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif

Those problems are probably related with hosting games with XP built-in firewall activated. Anyway, I'll wait for news.

DUX,

you brought up a good point.. not all regions will have it yet. im assuming that its proly for just northern america so far. hopefully other regions will follow shortly http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

sorry if i made some of you jump the gun where its not available. as well, i make no claims its a performance booster as some have said. but, just making it aware for others who know they dont want to be online downloadin forever. they have another option (if they are looking for SP 2, and do want to install)

Also related to IP settings for network devices getting "lost". I had to reset my fixed LAN IP (or turn on the DHCP service in my router) to get back online after installing SP2.

Won't install it (yet?) either...
Probably more leaks added - as usual http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Question: Did you back-up your files?
Answer: I didn't know they had a reverse...

No troubles here, You can disable the built in firewall if you like, but its given me no troubles. Jsut allow your online games to bypass it,.

I installed last week. I have a three computer LAN from a Lynksys cable router and have had no problems. I haven't configured Windows firewall (its "On", I thought I might have to deactivate it) but it hasn't interefered with a damn thing. An absolutely uneventful event. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif
