I was just wondering, if you have rapid reload anything, say smoke bomb which is 50 second cooldown, does overall cooldowns make it even lower? not sure if it does as sometimes for me the countdown seems really fast then other times it seems regular. A couple classes i have two things rapid reload but it overall cooldowns doesnt help it if I already have reapid reload, i might as well swap it for a more useful perk. On a different note, just had my best alliance match with 9k points and 17 stuns http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Yeah it makes it even lower. I'm not sure how much or the formula, but I use it anyway. I THINK it's another ten or fifteen seconds.

Yeah, it makes a pretty hefty difference. On my Wanted profile, I have RR Smoke and Overall Cooldowns. It takes my smokebomb a little more than thirty seconds to come back, so I have it almost always whenever I need it.

It reduces any cooldown by 10 seconds

I use RR mute and RR disguise overall cooldowns on everything except for my two poison profiles.

I use to use RR smoke until I found that LL smoke helps me a whole lot more.

Rapid Reload = -10 seconds
Overall Cooldowns = -10 seconds
They stack for a total of 20 seconds off your cooldowns for that ability. :3

Together they reduce cooldown by 25 on 60 second cooldown abilities (35 second cooldown smoke).

Firecrackers and decoy seem to be -20 seconds, and I don't know about the 90 second abilities, I use long lasting mute.

*Edit* Nevermind, I just saw a 40 second smoke cooldown in a video. I don't know why I thought it was 35 seconds.
