Excellent job, as always Jura!

I especialy like blue exhaust pipes on spit, moon and sky, and lighting of burning planes! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/clap.gif

The only thing I would correct is number (density) of tracers. That guns didn't fire that fast... If you compare it to length of a bomber (20m), there are roughly 5 bullets in it, which makes it a bullet every 4 meters (which means rate of fire is over 100 rps). That is just IMHO.

Beautiful shot, but I agree with tiger that the tracer shots ruin the pic. Way too artificial looking.

i think ruin is a bit strong, their a little OTT but they give the picture character!

I like it http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/clap.gif
I agree however that the tracer is a bit distracting- it also looks too linear and evenly spaced out.
If you want to retain it for contrast, i would suggest removing the tracer fire coming from the front of the bomber on the left. You have a strong composition with the other elements which is disturbed by the line of red leading off the picture.
Also, if you insist on retaining the tracer, cool the colour down. The bright red comes too far foward in the composition which is why its distracting.

Have you ever seen tracers at night? They are bright as f#$%!

I'm not suggesting they arent, i'm merely commenting on the picture. If the picture was supposed to be accurate, probably all you could see would be tracers. It would be a picture of tracer fire with a hint of planes in the background- i'm pretty sure that's not what he's after.

Has the Spit pilot chavved up his kite with UV lights on the front? He should have his canopy open with gabber techno blasting out

Here you should keep in mind that photo film is also sensitive to infra red light, invisible to human eye. Many times tracers or fire appears brighter on film than it does when seen directly by eyes.
