Must be able to do it, just need to get the sim to recognise it, with some properties files, looks like

has anyone done this before?

With Il2Mat you can set France to show Chinese markings. Don't know if that might set you off on the right track.

Well, you can do it by hand, too http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

I chose Slovakia as my nation to um, comandeer. I cannot see me starting a Slovakian career in the near future

Haven't worked out 100% of the bugs; my medals pack might be all set to the wrong aspect ratio but that I can fix. I have pilot's wings, in addition to a few Chinese Orders, such as the Order of Clouds and Banner. I will have to double check their size though

This works OK. Wish I could change it to China, though. So far I can't do it; I'm afraid it's probably impossible

Looks good here though

must have screwed up the aspect ratio. Center should be round! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

I have a fair medals pack put together. Took a while to find images of any sort! Luckily no copyrights were mentioed on any of the pages I gleaned my images from. Here's a sample; all the other awards are similar. I'll also throw together a few non-medal type awards such as written commendations and a three day pass or something

One of the four other awards in the medals pack

I wonder how we'd get this sort of stuff included in the sim? Not a huge amount of work on my side so far, maybe 3 or 4 hours
