Can anyone advice
i have a 19inch top quality crt monitor
I would like to hear from people running the screen res patch. What res would you advise and does the patch slow down the frame rate badly.
My vid card is a fx5900.Im also running xp sp2 any advise hoe to do this would be nice

I think you'll be better off leaving it at the default resolution and cranking up FSAA and AF as high as you can without killing your framerate. SH3 has a lot of thin, straight objects like railings, masts, etc that look fine with antialiasing but will still look **** without it no matter what the res.
