Hi There,
If you have one of the editions of the game that come with the Harliquin Bonus, it should be either via a code, either in the order email or in the box or it could be already unlocked [in the case of certain digital downloads.
If it's unlocked - it's in the multiplayer menu - under persona's.
The standard edition of the game, does not come with the bonus.
If you are 100% sure you should have it, due to buying the Digital Deluxe version [for example] - please contact the retailer - who may be able to advise you were the code is.
