I'd like to get ahold of that too. I didn't know there was one floating around. I'll ask around Gutted, and let you know if I find anything.

And please let me know if you find one too.

I'm working on one for NGen files in PHP for my squad.

I'm not able to host other peeps data but if there's an interest I can put a website up for log parsing that will output a parsed log for u to copy/paste.

Nothing fancy, something like this:

I'm working on an msaccess application with a vb6 back end to read the dgen.log for a different purpose. It's not easy, but when it's done I can send it to you and maybe you could modify it to your needs. Or if it's close enough, I could modify it for you.

There's always "Sturmolog" but dunno how it works for PF.

^ tried it, it don't work with PF... or atleast not the logfiles from DCG co-ops.

cpirrmann, sounds cool.. though i'm more of a C++ coder than VB.. it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

i may end up writing one myself, if i do i'll share mine with you aswell. i just hate to put what little time i already have into this if there's already one out there http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

between work, school, other RL stuff, managing a squad, flying co-ops in IL2, pwning the RAF in ww2ol, and trying to make a movie i just dont have alot of free time.

The dude over at Forgotten Skies (Recon is it?) made a parser for DCG but it's web-based I believe.

Working strings shouldn't be that different in languages so if u need pointers just drop me a line.

What exactly is it you're looking for? Log parser with saved stats??
Client side or webbased?

I think DV8 made that, but maybe not. He's going to make one for Ghost Skies, but if there is a pre-built, I was going to show him it.

Hi,

I wrote one in Perl; it broke down kills by mission/overall in terms of who you killed/what plane you killed/what plane you were flying when you made your kill.

It was a bit flaky on the pilot name parser but it worked alright for me. You can have a look at the source if you PM me..and I can find it.

Cheers,
Norris

Here's one created by Recon of the 609IAP squad. It is a less slick version of the Forgotten Skies war parser, and works very nicely.

http://www.forgottenskies.com/ForgottenWars/FBParser.aspx

All you need is the mission file and the eventlog, and it will give you a full air and ground summary.

Ohh, yeah. U showed me that one Tooz. Thought one had to login to use it so never tried it.

Looks good.

I wrote one in php and mysql. Only parses the log file (not the mission). It groups the missions in campaigns and calcs some statistics.

If you want the source, write me a mail. The source is in english, but the only html templates I wrote are in spanish.
