Was going to order from chapters but they seem
a little pricey.

$80 - Black cross red star - & temp unavailable
$23 - first & the last - Paperback.
These are Canadian prices.

Can you suggest any others?

They are a used books site but often people sell new books as well.

I usually order through amazon.co.uk. They have quite a bunch of books about air warfare. IâÂ´ve bought tons of them through the years.
