View Full Version : To buy or not to buy...

Hello. I am wondering whether I should buy Assassin's Creed or not. Before I had the, let's call it "not a normal version" of AC and I cannot play it anymore because it crashes everytime I try to enter Jerusalem. Anyway, I am waiting for Warhammer Online but that comes out 18th September and I need a game to keep me entrertained while waiting. Would it be worth to buy AC? Or because I went up to block 3 it isn't worth to spend money since not much of a game left anyway?

My budget is about 90 (British Pounds). From that I must save about 30 for Warhammer Online pre-order. So that leaves me with about 60 - 65 budget. However, I also wanted to buy some new peripherals for my PC. At the moment I have normal HP wireless keyboard and HP wireless mouse. They are ok but as I am an extreme gamer I am looking for something more than just that. I thought about the best keyboards and mice mark - "Razer". So should I buy Assassin's Creed and just Razer mouse or not to bother with AC (since I was in Block 3?) and buy a good Razer keyboard or mouse + mouse pad? Any opinions please?

Thank you for your replies in advance. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Haha, ignore him, he's good like that.

He has xenophobia. >_>

I don't know...
It depends on what you like best.
One option is a long term investment, while the other has a tighter limit of fun.

Also, if you felt that the game was kind of similar throughout, and are hoping that things will shift around a bit later on, they really don't, so you might find things repetitive.

But if you really liked it, then yes, you should get it.
But don't rush through it... many others made that mistake. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

P.S. He's kind of right though, you shouldn't have been dodging the law. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

I've been playing it since it came out for the 360. I just go around and pick fights with the guards and see how many I can get to fight at once. It's cool watching the bodies stack up. I've even searched for good music to listen to while playing the game. Soundtracks from Kingdom of Heaven and King Arthur add to the gameplay experience. Throw in some Lacuna Coil, and you have some good music to play to.
