I un-installed and re-installed and guess what ???

THE **** PROGRAM PUTS THE WORNG KEY BACK IN THERE !!!!!!!!

How do I fix this and which file do I need to replace or delete ????

I am so pissed off at the programmer that neglected to spot this....

Try finding the game in your registry and deleting the one with the CD - Key data.. but i have no idea how to do that, just heard you can do it if you want to remove a cd key ...

I had that problem with Battlefield 1942. I'm thinking its in the registry. One or 2 ways to do this. You can manually use regedit and delete the registry settings that SHIII uses when it put it there when it was installed or to do a complete Format of your harddrive and install windows fresh(last resort) I will see if I can walk you though. I still just got SHIII and have to throw in my other drive ans start installing SHIII.

Check this: http://www.star-force.com/index.phtml?category=200&type=5

There is how you can completely remove StarForce from your system. This should help. Maybe you won't even have to reinstall SH3, just run it, and then SF should install itself again, asking for the key etc.

Ok... Have it figured out

Sorry Ubisoft for the slanderous things that I was yelling about you for the last hour.

The install KEY CODE on my cd case looks like it is printed on two (2) lines but the CODE is the top line only.

The bottom line is the "681953-STK" stock number of the product and not part of the CODE.

ps-awesome game !!
