D'oh, I just figured out what the little yellow numbers are in the corner of FRAPS pics:

Its the frame rate! Toggle it on/off with F12. Take the pic with F11.

Nice machine! I wish I got 75 fps! Mine's more like 15.

fraps is the best software for getting video clips, but snapshooter is the best for screenshots. unless you like showing off your frame rate http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

poor form? i didnt mean to imply that, but i steered away from fraps when i heard you had to pay for it. but if i ever want to get video clips its what id use.

You only pay for a liscence if you want to record more than 30 second clips. Under 30 second clips are free, although it adds a watermark at the top of the screen. Still nice to have though. I bought it and LOVE it!
