Maybe there are some ME109 fans among you which will have
the opportunity to visit an oldtimer airshow in Germany coming
weekend.

I love the sound of that engine. Sounds like something bad is about to happen.

Ja, and aside from the size, it'd be a sweet 'hack' for a flyable Condor.

sweet sounds and that landing looked exactly the way I land it except the part where I nose over like Black 6 did.... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

Sweet motor! I wish FB sounded that good!

I'll tell you what... my sphincter puckered up during that landing. I thought he was going to nose it over and destroy that beautiful Gustav!!

PAVE THE RUNWAY ALREADY!!

I don`t like to say it but that bf109 has
crashed lately. Not long ago there
was an airshow in Germany and the landing
didn`t go well.

The frontside has been heavily damaged.

I am very sorry to say this.....

That was a different 109 that was supposed to take part in today's meeting just like the one you see in the video. The latter actually did a solo performance today (will do another tomorrow) and is now standing next to the runway, as you can see on the webcam pictures:

I believe on the jg53 site they have much better sound and resolution videos of this bird.

They are much larger files and mov format. DO a search for them.
