help with assassinantion contracts

In the DNA screen, it says Im only missing 1 assassination mission, but the icon is nowhere to be seen in the map, is this meant to be or am I ****ed up? thanks n advance

this happen to me try the bird cage in the top of ezios hideout the icon was hiding under the assassin logo
