They are normally slow but if it is technical etc ask here as most of us have been through any problems, aslos use the community help on here, they rock too http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I sent a 405 key-related help request in early July. Every month I recieve an automated email from ubi asking if I still have the problem and to reply in 48 hours. Every month I dutifully reply, Yes, I still am having this trouble. Yes, help is still required etc. etc. No sign of Monsieur Ubi as yet though.

I might not expect a reply during the holidays from a smaller outfit like 1C. Ubi, OTOH, should have people back at work right away at customer service given the likelyhood of their products being installed as Christmas gifts. Should, that doesn't mean they will, but they certainly should.
