.. Even though its marketed towards the sim racing crowd, I think it would make a spectacular button bay and be more usefull in a WWII cockpit than a race cars. Pretty nifty looking, he's just starting to roll these out.

Oh also, I guess he kind of does custom setups, so he might be able to use some knobs and buttons that look even more fliht orientated.

The site still lacks a bit of info, but the box does look cool!
What are the electronics innards?

I am not sure what kind of electronic controller he is using inside, though he says to email him with any questions. He says he is going to update his site soon. I think having up to 5 rotaries would be really awesome.

I am not able to find any contact link...
Anyway, let's wait 2 more weeks for website updates, and we'll see.

i am sure he use one of these 3 usb chipsets from leo: http://www.lbodnar.dsl.pipex.com/

you can make it for more cheap (depending on the quality of buttons and switches you plan to use)
If your not really technical then use this model:
Its a bit more expensive then the other 2 models but you don't have to solder a grid setup.
Just solder 2 wires to each button or switch and plug it in.
it supports up to 32 buttons.Great for all your simpit needs.
of course it supports rottories & potentiometers, even a pic on how to hook it up:

those Knitter push button on his site are high quality, that's why they are so expensive.

You can also make your own joystick, throttle, rudder pedals , Elev & AILERON trim wheels etc.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's what he is using, alot of people on the iRacing forum use an adapter Leo sellsto make the G25/G27 have a much higher resolution and standard USB interface, though I don't find that mod that necessary, there are alot of other goodies that he has.
