There are a few...

First is make sure you are at "exactly" 80% throttle, and hit ctrl+E to gain test plane invulnerability....If it doesn't work you were not at "80%" throttle.

Next and this only works if you have Normal bombs not armor piercing of cluster....Just before you start the engine on the ground, press Alt+Space or whatever you redefined the key to for bombs.....BEFORE you start the engine. That will give you unlimited ordanance (bullets and bombs).

Next, get some altitude, and dive hard (when needing to escape) when the plane reaches 680 to 700 kmh, pull back all the way on the stick with NO rudder.....The speed will then at 100% throttle equal that in the dive (so bumps speed range 100%).

One last one then I'll let the others fill you in on the rest....When in a fast dive set your radiator to closed and leave it there, prop pitch to 100%, throttle to 110% and WEP if the plane has it on....When you hear a noise starting that is the engine tightening up which will give you more power...It will take about a minute, but then you'll have all the power "torque"...You need..

Good luck http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

They're funnin' with you, soundmandude, because many people here play this online and actually enjoy the fact that the 'cheats' are blocked whenever they are found. Also, the most serious posters here like to replicate the historical aspects of the planes' strengths and weaknesses and therefore like to tease people who use easy settings like unlimited ammunition.

I take it you are either new to the series or considering FB or PF as a purchase. If you are worried about the difficulty of the game, rest assured that it is easily customized for a wide variety of skill levels in the offline campaigns (online skill settings are set by the host, however). Here are some of the difficulty settings you can either enable or disable before starting a mission or campaign:
- Invulnerability vs. player experiences damage and wounds.
- Unlimited ammunition vs. historic loads.
- Realistic gunnery vs. easy gunnery.
- Realistic landings vs. landings where you can't crash but you bounce instead if you hit the ground too fast.
- Instant success can be enabled so you don't have to refly a mission where you don't accomplish the goals.
- Torque and flutter effect vs. no torque and no flutter effect.
- Complex engine management as either human controlled or computer controlled.
- Turning off the cockpit view (for unobstructed view ahead) is either allowed or not allowed.
- In flight maps may or may not show where enemy planes are located.

Etcetera, etcetera.

In addition, there are no 'locked' or 'bonus' maps or aircraft. You can fly all of the planes in the sim using the Quick Mission Builder, and you can create your own missions for any included map using the Full Mission Builder.
