A couple of squadmates & i have Saitek x45's and we are all having problems with Buttons not working,ie sticking. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
On mine the main trigger needs to be pressed harder than normal [well past the switch click point] before it will activate. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif
Looking at the set ups in control panel > game controllers i can see the switches are not responding as well as they should.
I have tried doing a search on this forum but the search function is'nt working http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif i wondered if anyone has been able to clean the switches or have any ideas if the x45 is easy to take apart to clean and look at.
Are there any help pages or people that could advise us please, thanks for looking http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Sorry I can't help you on that, as when I had a x45 I only took it apart to clean pots. In this page at http://www.saitek.ru/other/x45inside/ you'll find picks of it disassembled so you'll know what you need to take of when dissembling it, like broken wires.
