Hi.
I€ve noticed some weird thing about using torpedoes on A20. Sometimes when a torpedo released it just vanishes. It is not in the plane bay, not in the water and it won€t hit a target. And on a track you can€t see it flying off the bay. It€s happened several times. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
Does anyone know if it is just a bag, or it has something to do with a way the torpedo has been released?
Thanks.

There's a maximum altitude for succesful release. Fly low when on a torpedo run, just like in real life. Unfortunately there still isn't a speed limit, but maybe it will come.

Ok so it's not just me who gets left wondering where my torpedo went? Maybe I was above that max altitude, I do come in quite high sometimes to avoid the firefight below.

I wonder what that altitude is?

It's in the readme file. About 270' (90m) IIRC.

Very well. In all my runs torpedoes were dropped from about 30m in perfect level flight.
