Dear Oleg,

I´d like to know if it will be possible to get an option in PF where you could switch the tracers off (at least those of the ground objects like ships). Flying missions with the Tirpitz alone allways result in low fps on my pc and I am looking forward to fight big carrier battles in PF. Just neglecct this post if tracers are not responsible for low fps http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif.

My system: AsusP4PE; P4 2,53 @ 2,85Ghz; 1024MB Ram; Radeon9700pro

greetings...

I REALLY hope this is an option, but since nothing has been done about it yet, I doubt PF will be any different. I dont even bother on maps w/ more than a couple of guns(especially ships). Do really high-end rigs have the same prob?

I think it has less to do with the tracer but the smoke trail all HMG or larger AA leaved behind the tracer.

I've a feeling it's the gun flashes.

Try an instant mission with the Hurri IIB (12 MGs) and the same mission with G50 (2 MGs) and see the difference.

Cheers
