I seem to have read that someone claimed the Catalyst control software worked better then the Nvidia software on Nvidia cards. Does anyone know about this? I just got a new 8800 N card and frankly the Ntune software really blows chunks.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

It's definitely true.

It's theorized that it works better for the same reason that square pegs actually fit better into round holes.

I agree that the ATI software is far better than the Nvidia software, especially once you have set up hotkeys with the addon.

You can download some software which opens up more opens in the Ntune panel, and allows overclocking, but I forget what its called.

Possibly you already have it anyway...

I have most of the ntune stuff but boy is it bad compaired to the catalyst softwhere. With Catalyst overclocking is a total breeze but with ntune it is like getting a root canal.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif
