Is this a bug between the trim wheel and pitch?When you adjust trim a small lever moves,when you adjust pitch,what looks like a trim wheel moves.

Well, if so, may be, what looks like a trim wheel, ACTUALLY IS A PITCH adjuster? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif BTW, it is written next to it (in Russian, though).
The trim tabs on the Pe-2 were electrically operated and were controlled by the "small levers", which actaully are electric switches.

It's not clear, you say adjust trim and adjust pitch, is the trim you call trim mean pitch trim
and the other you call pitch is pulling back on the joystick? I don't have 4.05, can't see it.

Trim is on all axis.
Rudder (Yaw)
Elevators (Pitch)
Alierons (Roll)

The Pitch in this case is the propellor pitch or angle of attack of the prop blade which seems to be adjusted by the large wheel to the left.

The elevator trim, Alieron tim and Rudder trim is controlled by electrical switches

Does anyone have a complete cockpit labeled in english?

Can anybody say what the light above the trim switches is?
It seems to be an indicator, or warning, but what does it mean?

{edit} the light under the canopy frame{/edit}

They indicate when that trim axis is set to neutral.
