I am a returning player to FB+AEP. I don't have PF yet but I am considering purchasing it if that is where most of the folks have gone to nowadays. However, I do have some quick questions...

What client do you all use to find a game server?

Is there a "no-cd" file available? It used to speed up the load time significantly.

Do you recommend purchasing Pacific Fighters as well as FBAEP?

I would appreciate any information you can spare. I would love to join you all in this game again http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Good questions.

With FB+AEP already you're nearly set. I highly recommend Pacific Fighters for a few reasons. Mostly because it means you are compatible with everyone online...plus it gives you a whole new theater to explore and a bunch of new aircraft, maps, and other goodies for other theaters that you'll never get with just AEP.

Looking up games online is generally done through HyperLobby. Available here: http://hyperfighter.sk/

There are some DLL upgrades that may help loadup times particularly if you have the RTS.dll error on load with a CD-RW drive.

FB+AEP+PF is basically a must if you want to join the majority of people online....get it...you wont be disappointed.
Also make sure you're patched up to 4.04m, or you wont be able to join most games.
Hyperlobby is the go for getting online - It is definately the favourite for most people.

Looking forward to seeing you on-line!! ~S~
