Lets be exact, it is a translated transcript. So in the actual sense of the word, no first hand reference.

Why would it be printed on FW letterhead if it wasn't produced by the company. That said, it begs the question why they would produce it in English.

It is from a report Focke Wulf issued to clear up confusion on the production and planned variants. It is a translation and a good one at that. It was put out by Valkyrie Publications in their Technical Manual series and was translated by a wonderful Gentleman, George Hopp.

I would suggest looking at the ladeplan for the FW190A8 weights instead. That shows what was in operation and is the basis for the weight and balance used to fly the aircraft.

My sincerest apology for not stating the very obvious. Should I drive over to George's house and ask for the original so you can compare?

How would the ladeplan, say for the A-8/R2, differ from using the numbers from the SD?

Get a copy of the ladeplan.

One is a report to inform non-flyers while the other is for operation of the aircraft.

What is the big deal about this data sheet? A8 manual and various flight tests have A8 listed at ~4300kg.Document in OP have weight of auxiliary tank included too, without it weight of fighter configuration is ~4300kg just like in most documents.

It was posted for the weights of the guns and ammo and such, not for the flying weight.
