Another fine pic Jura http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
I might suggest though that you bring out the background a little more, give it something to make it more immediately apparent that its the ground. With the strong elements in the foreground and the soft clouds in the back, the trees are a bit lost. There is no obvious frame-of-reference (at least on initial viewing) to indicate that the scene is being viewed from above.
A subtle townscape or similar structure, maybe even a river or a road, would help to orient the viewer. Whatever it is, keep the colours subtle and cool so you dont lose the good composition you've already created.

I suggest a Black Sea region pic, using those smooth Kuban mountains on the lower right corner of Kuban map.

Kuban mountains show what Oleg's map engine is capable of doing, if he wanted to do it.

Great stuff. How about a request and thanks for your consideration in advance. How about some historical pictures like Rall's encounter with the LA-5, Hartmanns last kill, or Bud Anderson's vertical fight with the 109. If you had the proper skins man those would be awesome. Just an idea.....Those were some of the best high res shots that I have seen. Thanks for posting them. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Excellent work. I too love that paint scheme on the I16. However, that 109 pilot should be embarrassed http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
