Well its very curious, my father collected a weekly magazine back in the 60's which colminated into 8 volumes titled the "History Of The Second World War". My father recently handed them to me after talking to him about my passion for IL-2/Pacific Fighters and I never knew he had them. The entire set has some 3500 pages and has mainly biographies and articles writen by journalis covering aspects of the war from early as 1928 to 1946, its an amazing gift he gave me.

Sound like an interesting collection.

In an antique store about a week ago I bought a nine volume set of books published in Octover 1946. "The History of the Second Great War."

It is AWESOME!

I wish I had enough time to scan all the cool images that are within. You would not believe the things i have learned.

I bought mine for only $50

Here is another set available for sale.
