I think they look fantastic.

Does anybody have these, or any feedback on them?

You can order them at vkb-flightsimcontrols. A set of pedals will cost you $ 300.- up to $ 410.-
But they put you on a waiting list and it can take several months before they dispatch it from Russia. So I stick to my Saitek...

That much money and they're not even USB?

The main interface is USB but you can use this connector for calibrating your settings or whatever (according a cryptic Google translation)

But what to think of this beast? (or is it the beauty)

Jabout,

These picture show by uufflakke is one firts models of VKB pedals.

These pedal's are denveloped since 2004, per Russian Simmers:

For read axis movement they use Magnetoresistors, more precise than Hall Sensors.

When I look closely to their latest set of pedals I notice that each pedal just have two bolts on the inner part while their could have been six bolts. So when pressing the pedals too hard every time, there is a possibility the pedals will bend over sideways and as you can see the platform is already a few millimeters underneath the pedals. Before you know it it get stuck.

Why? They are USB and plug-n-play, no drivers is need.
These DB-15 (gameport) cable show in one model is optional for hook into TM HOTAS Cougar base, like one Simped (german) model. Non Cougar users just plug in one USB port.
