Join a squad like the Danger Dogz.

or, alternatively, hop online and use Teamspeak. Don't heistate to ask about anything, no matter how n00bish it may seem to you. You'll find that people on comms are usually a pretty nice bunch willing to help.

Or just ask around here and at some other Il-2 forums around the web. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Like TipsyTed said, don't hesitate to ask anything.

I won't publicly promote other websites on here, so if you want the names of some others just PM me.

Same way you get good at anything: Practice, practice, practice. Having someone around who already knows what to do instead of flailing around by your lonesome helps immeasurably.

A word of caution: Once you start flying with real people, the AI will truly loose any luster it had. Flying with people, with voice comms, is about the best there is.

There are many, many squads out there to choose from. Find one that suits your playing style, and go from there. Remember, just because your first choice may turn out not to be what you're looking for doesn't mean what you're looking for isn't out there. Check out the Squadrons (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/frm/f/48310655) page on this forum for a great start. Good luck!
