It's not a current release game so look in the bargain bins or check the online stores.

Unless you've got a good reason for buying specifically IL2 Forgotten Battles I'd suggest getting IL2 Complete Edition (DVD) instead as it give you a merged install of Forgotten Battles, Aces Expansion Pack and Pacific Fighters in one operation instead of 5 CD's.

If you are going to buy it, just go buy the DVD.
The DVD is patched up to 4.04m right out of the box. All you have to worry about are the PE-2 and Manchuria add-ons. You will have the East front, West front, and Pacific theater all in one out of the box. It is the better way to go.
