Today is a flaw, no doubt, servers being down while:
a) People have just gotten the game in Xmas-presents
b) Its Xmas-time and game-time: Heroes VI time.

So, how to compensate all the negative foruming, the rip-off feeling, the frustration and irritation, leading to more bad-mouthing og UBIsoft and the game itself.

The game is great, thats why we are all ****ed off, wanting to play it. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

Its hard to regain respect and good-will without proper communication and in this case, a compensation might be cool.

The only Reasons to forgive and forget this day:
1) Some of the guys that should have been at work solving this, are dead or seriously ill
2) UBI have been hacked to pieces
3) Terror explosions or other happenings causing physical damage to the UBI servers.

Reasons to be angry: http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif
1) The servers are down
2) Nothing is communicated
3) Nothing is communicated
4) Nothing is communicated

Reasons to be happy: http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
1) Something will be communicated
2) Servers will come back online
3) Compensation: Example some extra conflux reward, dynasty reward or other game reward like free maps (!!!)

Hope UBIsoft solve this soon, hope they communicate it and hope to be compansated.

Yours truly old from heroes of M&M 2 until today:

Merry Xmas to all http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I subscribe all the above post!

Also, UBISOFT should allow some kind of compatibility or synchronization between online and offline saves, so that you don't lose all your progress and have to start offline from scratch when the servers are down!!
