Apart from this place I frequent the BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/) portal, the Banana (http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/forumdisplay.php?f=98) Forum, drop in at ARRSE (http://www.arrse.co.uk/), and PPRUNE (http://www.pprune.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=57), although I don't post there as I'm not worthy, and also drop by here (http://www.abovetopsecret.com/) to see how the Apocalypse is getting on. There are a few others, but basically I'm a little 'over familiar' with my current haunts and wondered where you lot visited so I could maybe go spam there too?

Other then here and mission4today, I don't really have any permenant places that I frequent. I used to hang out at Harmony Central (http://www.harmony-central.com/) quite at bit, as well as Classic Battletech (http://www.classicbattletech.com/) and Battlecorps (http://www.battlecorps.com/BC2/index.html) when I was really big on playing Battletech, but I rarely go there anymore.

Most of the time I log into Google Reader and browse through my subscriptions. BBC World News, Digg, Wil Wheaton's blog, Bad Astronomy blog, various other sites. Digg gives me the greatest pleasure since I see something different just about every day.

whoa!

I thought battletech was dead.. 8^)
I played a lot back in the late 80's..

I still have a large box loaded with lead and white metal mins. I seem to remember the collection being a bit over a regiment in size.

Wow, a regiment?!?

I have 15 minis, just over a Company. All but one are painted.

Yeah, the game was pretty much dead when FASA closed it's doors in 1999, but the rights went to WizKids, who licensed them to a German company called FanPro. They have reprinted a few of the old sourcebooks and produced a ton of new ones. That link I mentioned has all the details.
