How do you practice for on-line games?
I use a head-on quick missions at realistic settings and average about 85% wins against veterans and about 75% against ace AIs.
For me this does not translate into effective on-line practice, as my on-line results are pretty pathetic.

Flying QMB's and off-line campaigns is a great way to learn to fly one particular aircraft. Learning to fly online, can only be done...

Really, there's no experience offline available that comes close to flying and fighting online.
1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge,
ye shall be judged: and with what
measure ye mete, it shall be measured
to you again.
