I am fairly new to the game, but a flightsim veteran... my first game I played extensively has been "Aces of the Pacific" some 13 years ago... then recently I discovered PF and have been playing for some while! Just today I got the last part of the puzzle, namely AEP, and I now have FB+AEP+PF.

well... to stay on the subject: I have a minor problem and I dont know if it is flight model related or a hardware issue... so I decided to post here.

My setup is as follws: CH Pedals as Device0 and a Cyborg Force as Device1 (the pedals "usurped" the #1 spot and I couldnt do anything about it). After reading tully's stick setup guide, I came up w/ the following settings:

Okay, everythings swell, but for one small annoyance: When flying the Wildcat of the Buffalo, the rudder is not centered at startup. I found that out by looking down in the cockpit... left is down a bit (iirc). I need to give a small amount of left rudder to keep the ball centered, and in addition to that the plane has a left-turning tendency which I successfully remedied by trimming on the wildcat but not on the finnish version (what's it called again?).

So is there any way to calibrate/setup the pedals, other that the very basic xp calibration routine? Calibration didnt help by the way... and the display shows the z-axis as being centered in center detent. Additionally I would'nt like to have to install the ch control manager because there are problems with MS2004.

The Brewster is on of the few planes that seems to like a hefty belt of aileron trim as well as rudder to achieve stable flight.

I also have the CH Fighterstick,Pro Pedals & throttle.

I just did a complete reformat & install of XP home and I can not get those files listed belot to lshow up in my IL2 config.ini files.
They always have before, but darned if I can get them to show up this time.
i have unplugged the usb's & reset them but to no avail.
does anyone have an idea what I may be leaving undone?
