Oh My Gawd! This thing is like a small nuke. Capable of leveling an entire airbase! The whole towns become a wasteland after an attack of one of these! Truly, nothing can stand in its path!

It's too bad they didn't include it in MP though, :( It would make for some really fun games, like, for example, trying to prevent them from destroying your own base.

It's quite similar to it, the difference being that this one is under your direct control unlike the FAB-5000! ;)

It's a shame the Russians never invented the Mistel and attached it to the La-7.You could dogfight and shootdown half the enemy and then drop your Mistel on the target.Fly back, destroy the other half of the enemy fighters and then land back at base just in time for tea and medals.

Unfortunately, it's not available in QMB per se. There is, however, a single mission on the German side, where you have the chance to try it in a bridge-busting mission. You can also try it on your own base. If you release it while still being on the ground, your plane will crash on it and... BOOM! :P

That's the funniest **** I've heard all day. Even if you attach a X-Wing on such a flying bomb, you still would be more or less a floating bomb!
Just how do you want to do DF prior to the release of the Mistel bomb? LOL!

See, it's not like you can disconnect, do a DF, then reconnect to lead the bomb to the target.

You take off in combined form, and you stay combined until you release. Only after the release will you be free to do some DF.

S!

LOL! Then of course tell everyone it's the pilot and not the plane...
