I noticed in the newest screen shots for PF men in life rafts...It got me wondering ...I don't imagine that the engine that FB & PF will run on will allow at sea rescues or at least AI or Movies built into the game...but what about the new super BoB game still indevelopement - couldn't rescues by Supermarine Walrus or He-114s or Rescue craft be made somehow part of the game...perhaps making hit a hit or miss kind of an option .It could be that you make a succesfull jump over the North Sea only to float froever in the life raft or perhaps be rescued -it would give another circle of reality to those who plat totally real or really dead versions of the game.

For record keeping purposes, and for code simplicity, they should just let the pilot be Rescued if the floatplane collides with the pilot. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Perhaps it would be a good idea to add "...at less than 10km/h" http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Sounds like a good Idea, with Tully's idea.

I think stopping within a 50m radius should do it.

i wouldnt advise it.
heard of a p51 pilot who went in the drink, so 6 of his squadron orbited him while rescue arrived, sadly there was complications so he drifted for a day (again squad returned) and he made it to german held shore :|

ppl who shoot shots are hunted in my experience

I want to see the pilot paddling like mad to get away from the zero that is coming down to strafe him. Then as the zero passes overhead the pilot pulls out his .45 service gun and puts a bullet in the engine block.
