Here's one for P-39 lovers that will keep you going a long time! It's a 90 mission campaign in which you will fly all types of the P-39 and also the P-63 against the Japanese in the Pacific. The campaign is divided into 5 tours: New Guinea (loosely historical); Guadalcanal (loosely historical); Marianas (not historical); Okinawa (loosely historical); and Kyushu (fictional). It's designed to run smoothly on a mid-range system but still IMO is immersive. Mission types vary widely. Difficulty level is average. Six brief movies are included. All skins are stock. If you like the P-39 variants and the P-63, you will have fun with this and it will certainly help you master them. Have fun!

How do you view the videos?

Are you wanting to 1) watch the six movies without flying the campaign, or 2) are you having trouble installing the campaign? If 1, then there is a way I could tell you but it'd be a little involved and you'd have to feel confident about messing around with files. If 2, then do the following:

1) Unzip the Cobra_Pilot.zip file (usually just a matter of right clicking on the zip file and telling it to "extract files."
2) Place the unzipped Cobra_Pilot folder in the following location:

.../Program Files/Ubi Soft/IL2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles/Missions/Campaign/US

Once you've done that, go into the game. Go into "Pilot Career," hit "New" (if necessary). Scroll down to USAAF campaigns. Cobra_Pilot ought to be one of your choices. The New Guinea movie will be the first thing that loads, but you'll have to fly a lot of missions to see all six movieshttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

By the way, there is a ReadMe wordpad file in the Cobra_Pilot folder that will tell you more about the campaign (and again how to install it).

Let me know if you really want to JUST watch the movies. But I didn't make them thinking they'd be good AS MOVIES so much as to create preludes to each "tour" in the campaign. Thanks for downloading it!

Where in Pilot Career can you hit "new"?
I copied the folder and its contents per the readme file but the only way I can fly the new missions is by opening them from the Full Mission Builder.
Neither new nor any Cobra Missions appear in the Pilot Career http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

When you go into "pilot career," you'll only see a "new" option if there are other campaigns which you've either finished (and haven't deleted) or in which you are presently involved.

If you've neither finished nor are currently flying another campaign as your present pilot, you'll get a screen that has "Country" at the top left corner. You have to scroll down to USAAF in that panel. Then, after choosing USAAF, go to the top right window under "Career." Scroll down in that window and you should find Cobra_Pilot. Then choose your rank and difficulty settings, and you'll be ready to go.

I'd be surprised if you can't find it this way...especially as you can bring it up under the FMB. Hope this helps.

It only lists fighter and bomber campaigns, none of them even list the Cobra as an option http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Do I just move the Cobra Pilot folder or the entire folder that the files unzipped to.
I did the Latter.
2nite I will try the former http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif
