Hi I have finished the game twice and cant seem to get this achievement..... What am i doing wrong?
I think you need to let the credits run all the way through to get the achievement, but I could be wrong -- it's been a long time since I unlocked it.

You have to watch the entire credits and then follow Lucy while they are still rolling. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Just as Black_Widow9 said. Let the credits roll, follow Lucy and deal with Vidic's goons at the end.
