Believe it or not, as long as I've been playing this game I've never played a campaign. Thanks to FlatSpinMan I have now discovered how great this phase of the game can be. Just curious...are there any other great campaigns I should DL.

Thanks again FlatSpinMan

Anything by Phil_K is sure to be a good campaign. There are 60 of them that pretty much cover everything http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I've made a few myself... if you're interested play away!

good user made campaigns can be great.
as you seem to like Flatspinman's stuff any of his other campaigns should suit you- his string of Jedderman (sp?) campaigns are very good.

another 'set' that is well worth looking at (imho) are Compan's 32 sqn series

the sound packs made for it really add to the atmosphere

atm i'm replaying Stiboo's Mosquito Ledgends (but you'll need a modded install for that http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/10.gif )

there's so many really good campaigns out there that it's hard to pick a few without feeling i've 'slighted' those i haven't mentioned, so a huge THANK YOU http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif to all who've ever 'given something back'

have fun

If you like 'fighter boys' jeff, i suggest very strongly that you search for 'nine lives' by stratodog over at mission4today, really good BoB campaign, from 54 squadrons first encounters over Dunkirk, to the thick of the main battle, one of the best offline campaigns i've flown.

Playing around with Fighter Boys now and it's pretty good. The AI seem a little different then what I'm used to in Naval campaigns though it my just be me. The planes seem tougher then usual the usual 109s too but its probably just the fact that you don't have cannons at least in the beginning. All in all though I fairly challenging and enjoyable campaign and the channel map is just beautiful. I would recommend it.

A small campaign I've always liked is "Fleet Air Arm mini-campaign" by Pyomando. It is an oldie, but it is fun and inovative:

White Star-Blue Sky by Chuck Older. It's a very well made campaign based on the AVG Flying Tigers. There are two versions. Both are pretty much the same, but the second one is updated to ver. 4.08 and has all that was included in the 4.08 patch.

Well worth it just to read Chuck's mission briefs.

Flat Spin Man's version of the BoB from the German perspective was challenging. Highly recommended.

IceFire, didn't you do a Tempest campaign a few years back. I remember enjoying that too.
