YORGO,
The best thing you can do is to contact an experienced RC-pilot (or local RC-club) and ask him/her to check your plane and trim it. Generally RC-hobbyist are very willing to help beginners. Training cables are also a big help

I'd check and make sure the carb and muffler are attached to the right points in the fuel tank. It sounds like you might have the lines reversed.

Getting the engine to run right is something you do in the garage before going out to fly. It sound like you need to find a friend who knows how, or go to a hobby shop. When you DO get the engine running right you should put more rubber bands on that thing or you are going to loose the wings!

Y0RGO is to fly wiht better upgrade to N450TH plan. This plan with better lines to hold more feuls for angles. Not to see glyfs is more to foam padding on left.

You are 100% correct, he doesn't have nearly enough rubber bands holding the wings on.
