I think it's just your provider which got problems. Everything fine here.

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

Nope

Try some of these web tools and get a ping from www.amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com) , I can't http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/53.gif and they aren't on my ISP's backbone.

Well maybe amazon blocks icmp requests so they don't get Denial of Service attacks but I tried to open via a free web proxy:

http://www.guardster.com/

and no Amazon there either http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

EDIT tried a few more proxies and got through, still annoys me though http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Oh well, what a waste of time Amazon.com won't ship this title outside the US. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Why must we nasty Europeans suffer?

But WTF is that ad on Amazon under sponsored links???? "Download Doom 3 on Bittorrent" ????? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/crazy.gif

Ivan you can delete this thread as the problem was on my end and Amazon isn't pingable even when up, I flashed the firmware on my router and all things are fine now. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/35.gif
