Yep...thanks for putting out another FREE patch. I think on the surface it looks like not a lot has been added other than a few planes and one map set, but the amount of stuff listed in the readme is pretty massive. I don't really understand some of the new FMB stuff but I think it could really revolutionize FMB missions.

Haven't had time to check out the patch yet but the radio nav and new input axes are a major addition to the sim, looks like i'll be learning the morse alphabet http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Very nice job but the same old sounds have driven me back to the mods already!! It's nice to fly a plane that sounds like a plane and not a Hoover vacuum cleaner. The mods immerse me more because of the better sounds.

Also, even with the new planes the plane set is so limited compared the the mods! Having spent almost a year flying UP, I didn't realize how spoiled I was with the zillions of flyable aircraft. Compared to the scant amount flyable in the stock game.

I do find it useful to see my stats only to find out I'm only hitting with about 15% of my bullets. That much was helpful! Now I don't feel so smug about how good of a shot I am. Apparently I'm not all that great after all.

I installed and tried V4.10 but couldn't get used to stock stuff like sounds, clouds, cockpits, maps with outdated textures, no 6DOF.
And if that is not enough I tried out the Dutch version of the CW-21B but the text on the indicators etc. is full of spelling errors. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif
And the odd thing is, some of these errors are not in the Pilot's Guide in the Readme.
So I went back to my HSFX 4.1 install. I will wait a while till a modded V4.10 will see daylight. So I have the best of both worlds. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

According to the UP people, the new update to make UP work with 4.10 is supposed to happen in about a month.

I'd like to enjoy 4.10 but I am going to wait for the UP update, it just looks and sounds so much better than the stock game, and I can't stand the stock AI, they just keep doing endless barrel rolls that would make any human barf.

Thanks Team Daidalos for your efforts. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

The new QMB is pretty interesting and should be a lot of fun to create missions for different maps as soon as I fully understand the process.

I like the new copy, cut, and paste feature in the FMB too. It should save me a lot of time when I create those QMB templates.

Yeah great job TD. You showed those stinkin modders a thing or 2. That'll teach em.
