AC2 trophies not working?

Okay, ive completed the games story all the way up to sequence 14 and i stopped getting trophies for some reason?(PSN). I have trophies up to seq 9 but not 10, 11 and 14 even know the game wsays ive done them all?
Also all the 'side' tropies dont work like 'doctor' and 'street cleaner'

I don't know why this is and is there any way to fix this or is there a patch coming?

Yes I have this problem as well. I have beaten sequence 8 yet it did not unlick the trophy. I also have beaten all 6 tombs, no trophy there. Any ideas or fixes?
