Hello

What used to be a great site www.il2skins.com (http://www.il2skins.com) seems like it is gone forever. Where else can I see and download a good selection of skins for FB+AEP+PF? Does anyone knwo of perhaps a mega-bundled zip pack that has a selection of great skins for a wide selction of planes already in it?

One of the most annoying things about playing FB+AEP+PF is achieveing SA while engaged in combat. Typically, I control the joystick with my right hand. Using the thumb controlled POV hat is OK but it is just too jerky when it pans. I really think it could be better if it was smoother or better configured. I know of IRTracker but I have recently become aware of two other utilities NewView and ViewPlus. Have you got any comment to make on how well they work? They seem to be a bit fiddly trying to install.

Also, is ther a way to reduce the size of the text in FB+AEP+PF? Specifically the in-game text in the left hand corner.

Finally, any recommendations for which of the virtual online campaigns are currently most active?

Thanks

Bull

Have a look through the links in this thread from over in Gernal Discussion:

http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/6681057764

As mentioned Flying Legends has lots of skins, just register and your're up and running (or should I say downloading http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif).

Some of the other links are also great, such as Capt Farrell's...

As for SA I would 100% say get a TrackIR, it's one of the best computer purchases I ever made.

Here are a couple sites I have bookmarked for some excellent skins:

http://www.canons-skins.com/

http://www.cptfarrels.com/

http://members.cox.net/hammerd/Main.html

http://www.freewebs.com/gregboyington/index.htm

http://www.warwingsart.com/

TrackIR is the best view-control option available...period. It'll set you back some coin, but will last through all your future upgrades without requiring replacement.

Hope this helps
