All right, torch welding villagers, letís rush the gates. Seriously though, Ubi get your sh*t together. Why the heck is this not being address here? At least acknowledge this with some type of post. ComDevGabe, some help with this would be nice, thanks

Cravinmild, we are aware of the issue and are working hard to resolve it. I am not privy to all the details, but I can tell you that Customer Support is on the case... and if my email inbox is any indication, you should be playing soon.

If you have not already, please submit a ticket via email to Customer Support and be prepared to provide a scan or other visual documentation (digital photo, for example) of your key if Customer Support requests it.

Thanks for the response ComDevGabe. I am aware that you are aware the game does not work. This thread was to see how many of us are affected by this problem (we know you are not at liberty to say). I will not take a ticket at this time as I hope the fix will be universal. I may just continually return my copy till I get a working copy or a fix is found.............what is a used pc game worth nowadays.....oh ya NOTHING

just got home, this is great news ComDevGabe. Shur glad i didn't freak like the rest of those guys. I am really looking forward to this game. If the demo was any indication its shur to be a great ride.

I have the same problem...i'm so angry, i was looking forward to playing it. Ugh...gonna go back to the store tomorrow and get my money back.

Mine is also invalid i sent photo's of the game and store reciept as asked by ubi support and they have stopped responding to my question.

why does it have to be like this,i dont think it easy for us to generate this game online it just a waste of time for me its better that it goes straight to the cd so that we could easily play this game tsk..tsk..it really make me upset

I don't know the timeline of conversation you had with tech but if they don't receive a response to an email/ question within 24 hours they assume the ticket is resolved and close it.

This might well be whats happened, I would suggest opening a new ticket
