My first try at moviemaking. I have some experience with screenshots, but for movies I'm limited to VirtuaDub ('cause it's free http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif).

If someone knows where to get good filters for VirtuaDub, please let me know.

do-335 vs mosquito (http://www.pnd-clan.de/%7Erev/downloads/do-335.zip)
fw190-a vs il-2 (http://www.pnd-clan.de/%7Erev/downloads/fw-190.zip)
tempest ground attack (http://www.pnd-clan.de/%7Erev/downloads/tempest.zip)

Your Guncam shot we're real clear. I could even watch them on full screen.

As for More filters and Codec's for VirtualDub, Check out the sticky above titled: 'Tools for Movie Makers and other Miscellaeous stuff.'

Right under virtualdub there's some listed and further down the page there's some more codec's listed, that can be added to virtualdub.

I'm no expert on film making, but I learned allot by just reading these Movie Making forums.

Just about everything I said above will probably be repeated by the experts from the forums. They may even add in a few more web-sites for you.

But you'll have to ask the experts for their opinion on your gunam footage. I suggest you ask them for their advice they'll help you or any one out greatly.

They won't come out and critique a film unless the producer/maker of the film ask for a critique. Some one thought they did a real good job once and got his feeling hurt by a critique and was mad at everyone. And they, the experts were just trying to help him fine tune his work.

Some of these people been making these flight sim movies before IL-2 even came out, So they know their subject.

When I get my first movie done I'm going to ask for a critique of my virtual movie for sure.

Best regards,

This plugin is a must for guncams!

This site also has a noise-plugin that might come handy for "agefying" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
