Hello,

I was beta testing HardBall's aircraft viewer and got to talking to him about the ordnance data section which had undergone little revision since Il-2 had been released. He has authorised me to set up two threads in order to collect information for the next release.

The simhq companion thread:
http://www.simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&...7&page=0#Post2335917 (http://www.simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2335917&page=0#Post2335917)

People can post weapons data in the thread and I will edit the first two posts in order to compile the information for proof reading.

Steps:
1. Create a list of all airborn weapons modelled in Il-2 (including guns and AI only weapons)
2. Create a list of standardised performance data
3. Gather information for weapons (two sources minimum)
4. Possibly gather advantages and disadvantages (or other facts about each weapon)

So let's get to work!

I think I can handle German and Soviet guns and all the rockets in the sim. If you want to pick another area to work on (or one of these) it would be most welcome.
