Half my screen is the sky - graphical glitch???

I loaded up my save today to find a weird glitch.

Has anyone else gotten this? It's everywhere, indoors and outdoors, during cinematics.. I find it extremely weird as no changes were made to my computer between my last play and today.

Wow... It's the first time I see such a glitch in any AC game, and never saw it before reported from someone else.
